Once your retainer is in, your celebration enters our planning studio. Here's how the weeks unfold.

    Vision & Moodboard

    Within seven days, you receive a bespoke moodboard, palette and styling direction tailored to your event.

    Design Planning

    Florals, linens, table layout, signage, food flow — every element sourced and decided in collaboration with you.

    Vendor Coordination

    Contracts, schedules, walkthroughs. We handle every vendor relationship so you only hear from one person — Deborah.

    Customisation

    Final touches: monogrammed napkins, custom signage, personal moments — layered in across the final two weeks.

    Event Day

    We arrive early, style the room, run the day, host alongside you, then return the space better than we found it.

Booking Questions

A few things you
might be wondering.

Is the inquiry binding in any way?

Not at all. The inquiry simply opens the conversation. You'll receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, the questionnaire link, and an invitation to book a twenty-minute call. No commitment until you're certain.

When am I officially booked?

Your event is reserved when the 60% non-refundable retainer is paid and your booking agreement is signed. We hold dates softly for 72 hours after the discovery call to give you time to decide without pressure.

What if I'm not ready to book after the call?

Completely fine. You'll have a full proposal in writing, a held date for 72 hours, and no follow-up pressure. Many clients return months later when the moment is right.

How far in advance should I inquire?

Two months is the minimum window we ask for to honour creative scope. Three to four months is recommended for peak weekends and busy seasons. For dream dates (milestone birthdays, anniversary moments), inquire as early as possible.

Can I do the call via WhatsApp video or in person?

Of course — WhatsApp video, Zoom, or in person at our Miami studio (by appointment). Just note your preference in the inquiry.
