We recommend booking at least two months in advance. For peak weekends and busy months (May, September, December), three to four months is ideal. We accept a limited number of celebrations per month, so dates are first-come.
A 60% non-refundable retainer reserves your event date exclusively, blocks Deborah's calendar and our vendor network for you, and covers creative direction and moodboarding. The remaining 40% is due before the event. The retainer is transferable for up to twelve months in the event of a date change.
The Signature package is a styling and coordination service: full event design, custom backdrop & balloon installation, faux premium florals, elegant tablescape styling, personalized signage, plus setup, breakdown and clean-up. Food, beverages and venue rental are not included — this is for hosts who have those handled and want the styling and calm on the day.
The Full Experience adds food & dessert stations and a mimosa & beverage station alongside everything in The Signature. For hot catering, espresso carts or full dinner service, those layer in transparently as add-ons.
Always. The packages are a starting point — every celebration is fully tailored. If there's something you'd rather not include, we'll simply leave it out, and you can layer in anything from our add-ons menu or build from scratch.
The 60% retainer is non-refundable but transferable to a new date within twelve months. Any remaining balance paid is refundable up to the contracted deadlines outlined in your booking agreement.
Yes — we have a curated network of florists, caterers, photographers, musicians and rental partners we trust deeply. You're welcome to bring your own, and we'll coordinate with them seamlessly. Our role is to elevate the whole night, never to override your preferences.
Both are fully included in every package. We arrive early, style the entire space, run the event, then return it to a state better than we found it. You leave the celebration as a guest, never as a host on duty.
Yes — we serve all of South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, the Keys). For destinations further out, a travel fee applies and is quoted transparently in your tailored proposal.
